Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. corn tortillas
1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 small cans of green chilies (no seeds)
1 small onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. carton of sour cream
2 large cans deboned chicken, drained
3 c. sharp cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place all ingredients in one pan (except cheese) and mix. Let cook on top of stove at moderate temperature, stirring for about 5 minutes. Grease casserole dish and place 3 unfolded tortillas in bottom of 9 x 12 inch dish. Pour half of the meat mixture over tortillas: sprinkle a layer of grated cheese. Repeat for a second time. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
