Tennessee Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. raw rice
6 chicken breasts
1 can mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. water or chicken broth
Preparation

Sprinkle onion soup mix in bottom of greased casserole. Sprinkle rice evenly over soup mix.
Lay chicken on rice.
Dilute soup with water or broth and pour over chicken.
Dot with butter and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
