Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. celery, diced
1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked
2 1/2 tsp. minced onions
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 can chow mein noodles
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients except noodles.
Place in a 9-inch baking dish.
Top with noodles.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Place on lettuce leaves.
Serves 6 to 8.
