Dorothy'S Irish Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 stick oleo, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. (3 1/2 c. sifted) powdered sugar
    7 oz. pkg. (2 1/4 c.) coconut
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream together cream cheese and oleo.
    Add vanilla, powdered sugar and coconut.
    Mix well.
    Form into balls the size of a walnut.
    Roll in cinnamon.
    Looks just like an Irish potato! Refrigerate.
