Chicken Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large frying chicken (at least 3 pounds)
    12 oz. pkg. egg noodles
    1/2 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup cracker crumbs
    1 stick butter
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Boil chicken. Remove skin and bones.
    Dice chicken.
    Cook 1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles in chicken broth.
    Combine:
    Chopped chicken, drained noodles and all other ingredients (except cracker crumbs and butter) and place in large casserole dish.
    Top with cracker crumbs mixed with melted butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
