Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium size green peppers
1 c. cooked rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 to 1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 to 8 carrots, cut in 1/2-inch slices
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cut peppers in half and take out seeds, then wash.
Mix the ground beef, cooked rice, onion, salt, pepper, tomato soup and Worcestershire sauce. Fill green peppers with mixture and put in electric skillet. Fill the center of skillet with the carrots. Pour in the water, then place cover on skillet.
Turn current to high. When steam escapes from vent, turn switch to lowest position and cook about 40 minutes until carrots are tender.
