Curried Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice, cooked in chicken broth (I use Success rice in boiling bag)
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. green pepper
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 c. LeSueur green peas
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. toasted almonds
Preparation
    Cook rice, drain and mix with remaining ingredients.
    Top with toasted almonds.
