French Fried Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eggplant
    flour
    salt
    fat (fry frying)
    pepper
Preparation
    Clean and cut eggplant.
    Peel and cut into French fry strips. Soak in a water and salt solution for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Drain on paper toweling.
    Shake strips in a flour, salt and pepper mixture. Deep fat fry for 3 to 5 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Remove from fat; drain on paper toweling.
    Serve hot with lemon and salt.
