Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter or margarine
5 slices bread (without crust), diced
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
Preparation

Melt butter in casserole.
Add cubed bread and mix well.
Beat eggs until light.
Add flour, sugar, salt and pineapple to eggs. Mix.
Pour into casserole and mix with butter and bread.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until like custard or when knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Serves 8.
