Turkey Tenderloin With Fruit Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey tenderloins
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. onions
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 ripe pear, chopped coarsely
    3/4 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 c. cooked wild rice
Preparation
    Preheat broiler and line with foil.
    In medium bowl, toss turkey tenderloins; toss with lemon juice.
    Broil (4 inches from heat) for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Turn.
    Broil 3 or 4 minutes more to golden brown.
    Remove, saving juices.
