Mountain Breakfast Deep Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 doz. large eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 lb. grated medium Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Crumble, fry and drain sausage.
    Scramble 1 dozen eggs, using salt, pepper and milk.
    Add grated Cheddar cheese and cream of mushroom soup to egg mixture.
    Place sausage in bottom of 3-quart baking dish.
    Add egg mixture and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Allow to set a few minutes before serving with hot biscuits.
