Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 egg yolk
    3 c. regular milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In water boil 1 cup rice until it begins to absorb the water, then add 1 cup milk.
    Continue to cook on low flame now.
    Add 1 cup sugar and continue to boil on low flame, stirring constantly.
    Add 1 cup milk more.
    Continue to absorb liquids.
    Add 1 can of evaporated milk and mix in it 1 egg yolk.
    Continue to boil until rice is cooked.
    Add almond extract and nutmeg.
    Cool in refrigerator.
    You can pour into Pyrex or in other container to serve.
    Sprinkle top with cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon).
