Shrimp Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp, boiled in crab boil and peeled
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. green onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 pkg. (9-inch) deep dish pie shells
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in margarine until tender.
    Combine cooked vegetables with all other ingredients, except shrimp.
    Cook until the soup is smooth.
    Add shrimp; cook until hot.
    Pour into pie shell; top with second pie shell.
    Seal off edges; make slits in top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Remove from heat; let stand 20 minutes.
