Chicken Tostado Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 chicken breasts
1 small bag tostado chips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Crush tostados in bottom of casserole dish.
Boil, debone and cut chicken into bite-size pieces and layer on top of tostado chips.
Mix cream of mushroom and Ro-Tel tomatoes and pour over chicken.
Cover with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes. Delicious served over rice or noodles.
