Teriyaki Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. dry sherry
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
Preparation

Wash chicken in cold water and place in baking dish.
Mix all other ingredients and pour over chicken.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Bake 20 minutes uncovered.
Cover and bake 30 minutes more or until chicken is done.
