Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped pears (fresh), peeled
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift together all dry ingredients.
Add eggs, oil and vanilla. Mix well. Add pears and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
