Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1/4 c. vegetable or olive oil
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated cheese
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven to 325\u00b0.
    Clean mushrooms.
    Remove stems. Saute caps
    in
    oil until coated with oil.
    Drain.
    Chop stems to make 1/2 cup.
    Saute with onion and garlic.
    Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir
    in bread crumbs, parsley, cheese, egg, oregano and
    salt and
    pepper
    to taste.
    Spoon mixture into mushroom caps.
    Dot with butter and bake for 30 minutes.
