Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
1/4 c. sour cream
1 c. mashed bananas
2 Tbsp. or 2 tsp. rum extract
1 tsp. almond extract
2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar until tight.
Add eggs, cream and flavorings.
Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with bananas.
Use medium speed if mixing with an electric mixer.
Stir in pecans and pour in 2 greased 9 x 5 x 2-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Yields 2 loaves.
