Ham Croissants - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Betty Crocker pie mix
    4 Tbsp. plain cream cheese
    1 tsp. granulated garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    6 oz. finely chopped ham
    pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except pie crust.
    Prepare pie crust mix; roll to rectangle shape.
    Cut into triangles.
    Place a small portion of stuffing and roll (start at large end).
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Glue ends with water; glaze with egg yolk that has been diluted with water.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes on middle oven rack or until golden brown.
    Yields 16 croissants.
