Sweet Potato Casserole 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 to 6 sweet potatoes, cooked
1 c. sugar (white or brown)
1 stick margarine or butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Preparation

Mash all ingredients together with an electric mixer and put in a greased casserole dish.
