Nut Cake - cooking recipe

2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
4 c. plain flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
2 c. white raisins
4 c. pecans
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs and extract.
Add flour and baking powder, sifted.
Bake 2 hours at 275\u00b0.
