Butter Herb Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fish fillets (flounder, cod or favorite fish)
1/2 c. butter, melted
2/3 c. crushed saltines
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Dip fillets into melted butter.
Combine remaining ingredients and coat the fillets.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
