Cherry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar (brown or white)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. cherries, chopped
Preparation

Sift
flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Add the
egg,
milk, butter, walnuts and cherries; beat well. Spoon into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
