Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
    2 blocks baking chocolate (unsweetened)
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar.
    Add flour to mixture.
    Set aside.
    Beat together egg and milk.
    In double boiler, melt chocolate until smooth.
    After chocolate is melted, add all other ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into graham cracker crust and chill.
    Top with whip cream when serving.
