Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. softened margarine
    4 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. Hershey's baking cocoa
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients until creamy and smooth.
    Will frost 9 x 13-inch cake or double layer.
