Mayonnaise Substitute - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. low-fat cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
small amount nonfat milk
salt or garlic salt
pepper
oregano
Italian dry seasonings
Preparation

Combine cottage cheese in blender with wine vinegar, salt, pepper and seasonings, if desired, and a splash of nonfat milk. Cover and blend on high until graininess disappears and mixture is very smooth.
