Cheesy Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini
    3 eggs
    275 ml (1/2 pt.) cream
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    salt
    black pepper
    pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
    Grease a shallow ovenproof baking dish. Wash and slice zucchini. Cook in boiling salted water for 3 to 4 minutes, then drain. Beat eggs and cream together in a bowl. Add the salt, pepper and nutmeg. Spread the zucchini into the baking dish.
    Pour the egg mixture over them and sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 200\u00b0 C, 400\u00b0 F or gas mark 6.
