Vegetable Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 c. lite Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs
    2 c. coarsely shredded carrot
    2 c. coarsely chopped zucchini
    9 cooked lasagna noodles (cooked without salt or fat)
    3 c. commercial no salt added spaghetti sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Coat a medium skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot.
    Add mushrooms; cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Cook, uncovered, an additional 3 minutes or until liquid evaporates; set aside.
