Diabetic Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 envelope Sweet 'N Low
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 egg
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. raisins or dates
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add honey, egg and milk.
    Mix well.
    Add nuts and raisins.
    Fill greased muffin pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
