Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    dash of salt
    1 egg
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add egg and buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Can use eggbeater.
    Batter will be smooth and thin.
    Spread thinly on griddle.
    Bake on hot griddle.
    Use oil or shortening sparingly. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
