E-Z Chicken Rice(Low-Fat Too) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    1 onion
    4 boneless chicken breast halves
    1 jar Pepperidge Farm low-fat gravy
    1 bag boiling bag rice
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Put water in frying pan.
    Add onion and pepper strips.
    Cover and cook until tender, remove.
    Add chicken and cook 10 minutes. Turn and add peppers, onions and gravy; simmer 10 or 15 minutes (or longer).
    Pour rice in dish.
    Arrange chicken and gravy over top.
