Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cheese
Preparation

Blend butter and cheese.
Mix with flour and salt.
Chill. Roll very thin and cut with 2-inch cookie cutter.
Spread with anchovy paste, deviled ham, sardines, hot salsa or whatever filling desired.
Fold over and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
Serves 20.
