Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in bread pan.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Makes 1 loaf.
