Tourtier'E(French Pork Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean pork roast (have butcher grind like hamburger)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 potatoes, cooked and mashed with milk and butter
    double pie crust, unbaked
Preparation
    Fry pork and drain.
    Season with cinnamon, ginger, salt and pepper.
    Mix with mashed potatoes.
    Place in pie crust and top with the other crust.
    Poke with a fork.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Then continue to bake at 350\u00b0 for another 15 minutes. Serve hot with Cheddar cheese.
