Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. oatmeal
1 stick margarine
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Pour boiling water over oatmeal; let stand while mixing rest of cake.
Cream together margarine, sugars and eggs and add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix oatmeal mixture with above and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes in an oblong pan.
