Double Chocolate Banana Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. baking cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/3 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 c. (6 oz.) miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
In a small bowl, combine bananas, oil, and egg; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Fill greased or papered muffin tins 3/4 full.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test done.
Yield: about 1 dozen.
