No Fat Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cornmeal or Ralstons
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. dry milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. any nonfat yogurt (fruit or plain)
2/3 c. cold water
1/2 c. berries or diced fruit (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Spray muffin tin(s) with butter spray. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
\"Sift\" with a fork. Gently stir in yogurt and water.
(Add fruit, if desired.)
Blend just until moistened.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 minutes or until well browned.
Yields 12 regular muffins.
