Lower Salt, Lower Fat Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can beef broth
    1 (10 oz.) can water
    1 envelope William's no salt chili mix
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Preparation
    Crumble and brown ground beef with onion. Add beef broth and water. Bring to a boil.
    Pour into deep bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Fat will form solid plate on top. Remove and discard.
    Stir chili mix and tomato paste into beef mixture. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
