Old-Fashioned Soft Sour Cream Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream

Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar together.
Add eggs and lemon juice. Continue beating until light and fluffy.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream; blend well.
Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar or nuts, if desired.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Makes 2 dozen and Praise the Lord!
