Taglarini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 large can tomato juice
1 green pepper, chopped fine
8 oz. very fine noodles
salt and pepper to taste
2 small cans tomato puree
1 clove garlic
1 small can mushrooms (whole or cut)
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 lb. grated cheese (sharp, Cheddar or Mozzarella)
Preparation

Brown meat in large pan; add onion, garlic and green pepper. Cook 5 to 10 minutes. Add mushrooms, juice, puree and corn. Bring to a boil and add noodles. Cook at a simmer about 10 minutes. (Stir frequently to keep from scorching.) Pour into greased baking dish not more than 2-inches deep. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Serves 15. Cut recipe in half for less. Will freeze well.
