Mexican Chef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
4 tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 large avocado
4 oz. grated cheese
1 pkg. Fritos or Doritos
1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing
hot sauce to taste
1 lb. ground meat
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Brown meat and add salt; drain excess fat off.
Simmer meat and beans for 10 minutes.
Set to one side and chop up the first 4 ingredients and toss well.
Grate cheese and add to first mixture.
