Beef Teriyaki And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    3/4 lb. beef flank steak strips
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. bite size vegetables (broccoli, red or green peppers)
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    Minute rice (white)
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, sherry, brown sugar and seasonings; add beef, let stand 10 minutes to marinate.
    Stir fry beef in hot oil in skillet until browned.
    Add vegetables; stir-fry until tender-crisp.
    Mix broth and cornstarch, add to skillet.
    Bring to boil for 1 minute.
    Prepare rice according to package.
    Serve meat mixture over rice.
