Fettucine Poppke(Serves 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. half and half
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. Fontina cheese
    1/3 c. Gorgonzola cheese
    1/3 c. Belpase cheese
    1 pkg. fettucine pasta
Preparation
    Heat water in Dutch oven (to cook pasta).
    Melt butter in heavy saucepan. Stir in flour to form roux.
    Add white pepper. Add broth.
    Blend mixture. Remove from heat.
    Add half and half. Blend and return to low heat. Slowly add grated cheeses. Stir constantly for smooth blend until dissolved. Serve immediately with cooked pasta.
