Cheese Icing For Finger Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    2 sticks oleo
    1 Tbsp. sour cream or mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt (use less)
    2 unbeaten egg whites
    dash of red pepper (good sized dash)
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Put all ingredients together in mixer and beat until smooth. Cut bread (either Texas toast size or plain slice) in finger slices (3 to one slice).
    Cut off crusts.
    Spread cheese mixture on all sides (top and sides only; do not do the bottom).
    Place on cookie sheet and bake in oven (370\u00b0 to 375\u00b0) for about six minutes or until lightly browned.
    (Should be eaten hot).
