Spaghetti Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, lean
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/4 c. green pepper, diced
    1 clove garlic, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 can tomatoes (28 oz.)
    1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Brown and drain fat.
    Add to meat onion, celery, green pepper and garlic.
    Saute until transparent.
    Then add salt, pepper, oregano, chopped tomatoes, tomato sauce and parsley.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve hot over cooked spaghetti and Parmesan cheese.
    Yields 6 servings.
