Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can fat free refried beans
1 c. corn (frozen works great)
2 tsp. dry taco seasoning mix (40 % less sodium), or several dashes of Texas Pete to taste
2 yellow corn taco shells
2 Tbsp. Breakstone reduced fat sour cream
lettuce, onion, tomato, salsa
Preparation

Heat beans, add a little water and stir until heated. Add corn and seasoning mix or Texas Pete. Heat and stir. Heat taco shells in 300\u00b0 oven for a few minutes. To serve two large portions - crumble two shells in bowl and top with 1/2 beans and corn. Add sour cream, lettuce, onions, tomato and salsa to taste. Only 5 points per person. Total points for entire recipe - 9 1/2.
