Black-Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 Beau Monde seasoning
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. instant minced garlic
2 1/2 (15 oz.) cans black-eyed peas, drained
lettuce, tomato and onion wedges
Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients; add peas.
Cover and chill overnight.
Serve on lettuce, garnished with tomatoes and onion wedges.
