Cinnamon Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream shortening and 1/3 cup of sugar thoroughly.
    Add egg and beat well.
    Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Quickly roll hot muffins in melted butter, then roll in mixture of 1/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
    Makes 1 dozen medium size muffins.
