Chicken Teriyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken parts
1 can (8 oz.) chunk pineapple in juice
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Arrange chicken in 2 1/2 quart shallow oval casserole dish with meatier portions toward the edge of dish.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; stir well.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Cover with wax paper.
Cook on High for 16 to 18 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Let stand covered 5 minutes.
Remove chicken to warm platter.
Stir pineapple sauce to thicken slightly.
Spoon over chicken.
