Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli or 1 bag frozen
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    2 cubes chicken bouillon
    2 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
    1 pt. half and half
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Chop and prepare broccoli; cook 8 to 10 minutes.
    Melt butter in pan; add flour, chicken cubes and boiling water.
    Stir; add broccoli, shredded cheese, half and half and salt and pepper to taste.
    Add 1 cup rice or cooked potatoes (optional).
